Is there a way to create a team comprised of a single 100HP Exec that is worth 100 points rather than 1000 points?

I'd have to go with "no", unless you did something weird, like make a flag with -90 HP. But that would be a hack, if it worked.

Actually, I think that's wrong, Wolff. I believe we saw this on one of Hixie's maps -- Old Town, maybe?

Alex, try this: make your exec with 100 hp -- then make 9 other execs and give them 0hp each. it doesn't matter where you put them, as long as they're on the same team as the 100 hp exec.

Obviously, as Wolff is apparently surprised by this behavior, Caveat Scriptor -- this "feature" may go away in later revisions of the scoring code. ( :

Vynce is talking about the map TheAvenues, which starts with some dead units -- it causes some interesting side-effects for the score (a puffer rush vs a firebot rush don't both add up to 100% on that map).

Wolff's suggestion now makes me really want to make a map with units that have negative HP, just to see what happens. Would they be immortal? Die instantly? Crash the server? Hard to resist...
