You acknowledge that LGGWG does not screen content, but that LGGWG and its designees shall have the right (but not the obligation) in their sole discretion to refuse or move any content that is available via the Service. Payment terms General terms If you are purchasing a paid account, all currency references are in U.S. dollars. LGGWG may, at any time, temporarily or permanently, reduce or increase fees, introduce new products, services or forms of payment. Payment for subscription Payment occurs on a pre-pay basis. You may purchase either a fixed-term subscription or a number of turns. When purchasing turns, you get that many turns to play on that account. With a fixed-term subscription, you get unlimited turns until the subscription period ends, at which point you revert to counting the number of turns you have left on your account. All payments for subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription before the end of the term for which you paid, your cancellation will take effect immediately and you will not be given any refund. Termination If your payment information is invalid for any reason, your account will revert to unpaid status. LGGWG reserves the right to cancel your account entirely in such case, whereupon all the information and content contained within it may be deleted permanently. LGGWG accepts no liability for information or content that is deleted due to invalid payment information. Age requirements for use of LGGWG LGGWG is available for individuals aged 13 or older. Players below that age should not register. Licenses and proprietary rights You agree not to modify the LGGWG site or downloaded software in any manner or form, or to use modified versions of LGGWG software, including (without limitation) for the purpose of obtaining unauthorized access to the Service. You agree not to access the Service by any means other than through the interfaces that are provided by LGGWG to users or others for use in accessing the Service. Privacy We are committed to protecting your privacy. In order to play LGGWG online, post in the forums, and edit the wiki, you must first create an account with a username and password; we use these to provide you with access to these services. Our registration system also requires that you provide a valid email address so that we may inform you of turn updates, service updates, and other LGGWG-related communication. Accounts in our system are perpetual. If you change the information in your account, our stored data backups may include your original information for up to six months. Separately, when you email us, we retain your address and correspondence. We use these to raise and respond to issues and inquiries of all types.
