This Wiki uses RedCloth, which is a Ruby implementation of Textile.

Locally, links are offset by [] brackets.

If you do NOT want a link auto-surrounded, you need to precede it by an exclamation point. So, for an embedded YouTube movie, you need to escape the !http: parts of the embed.
